I had same issue with Profile. I did manage to get it to work. I have a professional corporation. On the E-file Options page under T3/FX Transmitter section I used my corporation name as "Name", left RepID blank and under Transmitter Number I had to add RP001 to the end of my BN (which Profile pulled from another section) and made sure my WAC was entered. Then I went to Efile - Transmit Slips and created XML file as usual. The Profile link to CRA website gave an error (503.0 This service has moved) so I manually went in my browser to https://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/njfs/ext/disclaimer and logged in as usual with by BN and WAC, uploaded XML file and submitted.
