To ensure we're on the same page, can you provide a screenshot of your Banking screen or Chart of Accounts window? This way, I can review your options and the dropdown menus you've mentioned.
On the other hand, reconnecting a disconnected bank account can be done through your Chart of Accounts. Here's how:
- Select Chart of Accounts from the Gear icon.
- Look for the account you want to link.
- Tap on the dropdown menu under Action.
- Click on Connect.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed.

Additionally, the system won't allow you to connect both a parent account and its subaccounts. Before you decide to, learn how your bank sends the downloaded transactions. If the transactions download to one account, connect only the parent account. If the entries download to the individual accounts, connect the subaccounts.
