I wish you didn't have to go through this hurdle when connecting Bluevine to QuickBooks Online, In Stride Bookkeeping.

 

Beforehand, I'd like to ask for more details to get me on the same page. Did you encounter an error when trying to do the process? This way, I can check here on my end what updates and information are available. 

 

I understand you've already reached out to our Customer Support Team, but It's best to contact them so you'll be informed of the new updates regarding the issue. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help (?), then click Contact Us.
  2. Please enter your question and select Let's Talk or Continue.
  3. Review and Select from the following: Ask the communityHave us call you, or Chat with us.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file.
