Have you tried downloading a CSV or Excel file from your bank?
In Excel you can format it correctly and then copy and paste it into the bulk transactions window. It may take more steps but it
might be a work around for you. I also think it's ridiculous that they are pushing people to the newest subscription model. But when they have a monopoly and they have no competitors they can do whatever they want 🤷🏻
