I'll help you fix the error message you're getting when creating a billable expense.
Before creating a billable expense, you can set the settings to a single account to avoid this error.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Expenses.
- Click the pencil icon for Bills and expenses.
- Tick the checkbox for Track billable expenses and items as income.
- Choose the In a single account button.
- Select Save.
- Hit Done.

If the issue persists, switch to Business View instead of Accountant View from the Gear icon.
