QuickBooks recognizes downloaded transactions depending on how PayPal imports them into the system.
I recommend contacting their support for further assistance with this matter. In this manner, they can advise you on how to handle the situation. You can find PayPal's contact information by searching for it in the App Center.
Here are the steps:
- Navigate the Apps tab.
- Click Finds Apps.
- Type a keyword in the Search for an App field.
- Under Contact, choose either a phone number or email address.
