Has the issue of two transactions to one receipt been resolved?
example; I made a purchase on Amazon. My credit was charged twice but I have one receipt.
I tried to manually resolve my receipt by selecting the two relevant transactions but I can only select one??? How strange that after all this time it has not been resolved.
Does anyone know the status on this?
