The troubleshooting steps that were mentioned in the previous reply are intended for QuickBooks Online users.
If you're using this product, you can follow the steps below to clear your browser's cache.
For Google Chrome:
- At the top right, select the More ⋮ icon.
- Go to Settings and click Privacy and security.
- Select Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all cookies and site data.
- Type “intuit” in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
- Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
- Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.
