I am having the same issue and find it disheartening that QBs advertises that they are compatible with Venmo but then do not allow you to connect your business account. It is beyond frustrating for those of us not using personal venmos for business and going about this the proper way for business/tax purposes. This was one of the largest reasons I subscribed to QBs as a majority of my sales are through my business account.
