any luck? im having same issue. when i try to login and connect on QB to my venmo, it will only accept my phone number credentials and not my business username - and when I use my phone number, it only pulls up my personal account....in chatting with venmo they stated" venmo is not compatible with quickbooks, so the only thing I can advise you is to not link it since we cannot ensure the connection will be efficient because venmo is not designed to be connected to different software."
