Banking

Hi, weslaughton.

I've got some troubleshooting steps for you to perform to get around this issue and display your Shopify payouts on the banking page in QuickBooks Online.

There are times when too much historical data from the browser causes discrepancies that affect your QuickBooks performance. That said, I'd recommend logging into your account using a private window. Thus, it doesn't use the existing cache files that can help us determine if this is a browser-related issue.

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window, depending on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift Ctrl P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

If the payouts are already showing up on the banking page, you can go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Alternatively, use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.

If the issue persists, I'd advise contacting Shopify support. It ensures that your Shopify with onesaas is properly synced and mapped in QBO. They have tools to evaluate further and provide potential solutions. You can find their updated contact information on their page.
