Thank you for getting back on this thread and providing an update, @jlthomcpa.
Beforehand, I appreciate you for clarifying the product you're using. Thus, my colleague GebelAlainaM already updated her response above.
I know this hasn't been easy for you to perform all those fixes to get around this query with your bank not updating the transactions.
Since the issue persists after trying the steps above and you didn't encounter any errors, I'd suggest reaching out to the Ontario Shores Federal Credit Union support team. There's a great possibility that there having system maintenance.
I'd also understand that you've already contacted our QuickBooks Accountant Online Support team. Still, you can contact them again to ask for updates since the engineers are already working on a fix.
If you're still unable to receive updates, you can log in to your bank's website, download an updated list of your transactions, and upload them to QuickBooks using a CSV file. You can check this article for the detailed steps: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Furthermore, you might find this resource handy in adding your transactions: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please keep us updated on your progress in resolving this issue. It's my priority to ensure that your issue is resolved. Keep safe always.
