As traumatic as a move to another vendor would be, this - by itself - is enough to make me recommend a move. Beg for a move to another company! I've asked and re-asked this for more than four years and the answer is always the same - our engineers are aware of the requests.
This makes absolutely no sense, and I don't understand how companies using ADP for payroll as an example, can use QBO if they allocate time across a broad swath of personnel. This has to be fixed and now. Or an alternative offered - I do not want to have to research 3rd parties ad infinitum for something that should be part of the standard package.
