Banking

I have gone a whole month in October without the bank feed updating. It was escalated to the developers who after 4 weeks 'fixed' the issue and the bank feed started working again. They did not access our accounts and said it was a problem behind the scenes. 

 

It worked for about a week and now the same problem has occurred and no feed updating again. 

I did do a manual download from our bank and updated QBO this way, but when the feed started 'working' again, I ended up with 300 duplicate entries that I had to manually delete. This is causing us a lot of wasted time manually entering daily transactions now and still no updates from QBO about a fix. 

Why are we paying for software that doesn't work and causes more headaches trying to work around this problem.
