Thank you. I've tried your steps as well. They did not solve the problem, but they helped me understand a few issues that may help in the future.
When I try to import the file I do the following:
- Bank Feeds
- Import Web Connect (QBO) file
- “Use an existing QuickBooks account"
- The dropdown menu used to allow me to select “Credit Card”, but now, it only shows “Other Current Liability” options, such as Payroll Liabilities. I believe QuickBooks sees the credit card account as associated with the “First Citizens Commercial Advantage” web platform. We no longer use that. We use First Citizens Digital Banking now, but I think QuickBooks associates that web platform with the payroll account only for some reason.
Is there any way to change what i see in the drop down menu using QuickBooks?
