Have you tried adding an authorized user in the Chase Access & Security Manager? You can assign proxy admins & other online type users. With the new bank feed protocol that was rolled out recently, all sorts of issues are cropping up with Chase. I lost the app permissions for Quickbooks and I had to reauthorize through chase, not quickbooks.
