UPDATE as of 13 Oct 2022:

Earlier this week my assistant and I were contacted by a "Sr. Technical Support" person from Intuit QuickBooks to followup on this matter.

First, it was a surprise to me as I do not have any known, open support cases.  And the Support Person could not tell me how this matter was assigned to her was originated.  Perhaps @SarahannC made this happen?  If so, while I appreciate it, why would a rant in this forum finally get someone better trained in support to investigate this matter?

Second, the Support Person covered all the possible fixes I have tried multiple times over the last 6 weeks.  Thank goodness I was not expected to demonstrate such matters again via screen share.  Then after being on hold for about three minutes, I was told by this Sr. Technical Support person, that she was just receiving internal information confirming what I already knew from experience: Only the Admin user can transact bank feeds!.  Other users with Bank Feed rights can disposition the downloaded data, but only the Admin can successfully initiate bank feed downloads with Chase. Note: Bank feeds WILL NOT work for any other user with admin rights!  It must be the Admin user logged into QuickBooks and the user must be logged into the Intuit account with the login credentials for the person who first started the current license with Intuit.  @teamvmp, and @johnrobinson  perhaps this may give you an interim resolution but I did not inquire if this new "feature" is a result of the new "Express Web Connect" or just Chase customers who were forced to Express Web Connect.

For my company, I consider it an interim resolution, a major feature downgrade, and this matter is not solved.

TO INTUIT:  It baffles me that you want me to believe Intuit cares for me as a customer when you downgrade features without notice to your customer or to your support staff!
