Would be helpful if either original poster or the Quickbooks response team provide details where to change this setting mentioned here:

The problem is, there is NO Side-by-Side mode - the other two modes available are "Advance" & "Express".

Can someone please specify where to change this setting?


Also the Quickbooks response did not address the issue that the error message is confusing, will this be fixed?
