Banking

Thank you for participating in this Community thread and informing us about your banking problem. Grange Transport.

 

Before we start, may I know if you encounter any error message?

 

If you didn't receive any error message, we can manually update your bank to get the latest available transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking at the left panel.
  2. Select Banking tab.
  3. Click on Update button.

 

This will update all of your linked bank and credit card accounts and increase the number of transactions displayed in each account tile.
 

Otherwise, If you see an error message, you can directly go to Step 4: Fix specific bank errors in this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, you can use this link as a workaround and learn how to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
