This isn't the experience we want you to have. I'll share additional steps to resolve this since it works fine for me.
Let's run QuickBooks Desktop software repair since there might be some missing components causing the Accountant Center to stop working. I'll show you how.
- Restart your computer.
- Open the Windows Start menu, then click Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features, then Uninstall a Program.
- Choose QuickBooks from the list of programs, then click Uninstall/Change.
- Select Continue, or Next.
- Click Repair, then Next.
- Once it's done, hit Finish.
You can also uninstall and reinstall QuickBooks Desktop to resolve some issues with company files. For a complete guide, see this article: Clean install QuickBooks Desktop.
If the problem persists, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Desktop Support again. They have the capability of submitting a ticket for further investigation.
