Banking
I wish I could make it better. I'm here to guide you how to fix this issue, russomj19.
Normally, manually updating the bank transactions is one of the most effective ways to refresh the connection and get the import to work again.
You can also follow the steps provided by my colleagues above. Furthermore, for more troubleshooting steps that you can try when you encounter download issues, go through this article so you'll be guided: What To Do If You get or Can't Download Transactions.
However, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team so they can investigate this further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a more secure environment. Here's how to reach them:
- Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, enter your concern
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
- Choose either Chat or Callback.
In most cases, once you're able to import transactions and be able to categorize them on the banking page, you'll have to review accounts in QuickBooks to match your bank and credit card statements. To give you more information and details, I've added this article so you can follow the steps: Reconcile An Account in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have any other concerns when importing transactions. The Community always get your bank if you need anything else.
