Thank you for the reply.  I was speaking with a service advisor on a call back, and she said she didn't have the ability of escalating the call to a supervisor.  she suggested to request a call back again and on the request ask for the supervisor.

I was told that QB Enterprise 18 is no longer supported and I would need to upgrade the company accounting software to the latest one in order to fix this issue.   This worked ok until recently and now all of the sudden I can't use the Intuit Account withing QB anymore or it fails to allow me to log in.  If I don't login from inside QB within 28 days I will be locked out of my company file and my accounting system.  It seems ridiculous that I need to upgrade to a new version of quickbooks because of this Intuit account login issue.  A software that we fully paid for and worked all along, now we are being held hostage to upgrade because Intuit has an issue or stopped support the software.  How does the end of support life for the software affect my installed version of the software on my computer and stops me from using a software that I fully paid for?
