Banking

I'll take care of this at the soonest moment, @mj sparks. Thanks for attaching a screenshot.

Importing your bank data is my focus here. This way, you can categorize your transactions at the soonest moment.

You'll need to reconnect your bank in QuickBooks Desktop. This way, you can choose your existing account in the list when importing the data.

Go as follows:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and choose Bank Feeds.
  2. Select Setup Bank Feeds for an account.
  3. In the Enter, your Bank's name field, select your Bank and click Continue.
  4. Type your Online Banking user ID and Password.
  5. Select Connect and pick your bank name.
  6. Hit Finish.

If you cannot connect and receive an error like OL and OLSU, check out this link for troubleshooting steps: Fix Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop

Also, visit this article if you get a message that says your browser in QuickBooks is out of date or unsupported for solution: Internet Explorer (IE 11) is not supported by your Bank

Once connected, you may now re-import your data. You can follow the steps provided by Rose-A above.
