Hey there, mj sparks. Let me help you sort this out.
If your bank (PNC) no longer supports Internet Explorer (IE), you may be able to use Web Connect files. This way, you can manually add the bank account to the bank feeds using this feature.
Here's how:
- Click Banking at the top menu bar.
- Choose Bank Feed and select Import Web Connect Files.
- Select the QBO file you saved, then select Open.
- When prompted to select your bank account:
- Use a QuickBooks account that exists if the account you're importing transactions into is already set up in QuickBooks.
- Create a new QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into isn't in QuickBooks yet. Learn how to create an account.
- Tap Continue. You'll see a dialog box telling you that the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks.
- Hit OK.
- Go to the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.
You can get more details about how this process works in QuickBooks Desktop in the following article: Set up bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop. On the same link, you'll find a video to serve as your visual guide.
Additionally, The following write-up is a good reference: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop. It includes steps to fix OLSU-1011, OLSU-1014, OL-202, and OL-206 banking errors.
Please let me know if there's anything else you need. I want to make sure this is resolved and you're back to running your normal business processing. Have a good one

Thank you for your feedback but what I am asking is how to choose an account that is not in my bank feed list. Because a QB support member had me remove them. So now when I try to import they are not in the list of accounts to chose from, but because I can not connect to the bank web feed through QuickBooks I do not know how to add the existing accounts to bank feeds?

Importing your bank data is my focus here. This way, you can categorize your transactions at the soonest moment.
You'll need to reconnect your bank in QuickBooks Desktop. This way, you can choose your existing account in the list when importing the data.
Go as follows:
- Go to the Banking menu and choose Bank Feeds.
- Select Setup Bank Feeds for an account.
- In the Enter, your Bank's name field, select your Bank and click Continue.
- Type your Online Banking user ID and Password.
- Select Connect and pick your bank name.
- Hit Finish.
If you cannot connect and receive an error like OL and OLSU, check out this link for troubleshooting steps: Fix Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop.
