Thank you for getting back to us and providing us with more details about your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @NeedH3lp.

There's an ongoing issue with Bank of America. Our customers are experiencing missing transactions in their QBO accounts.

Our Product Engineering team is already aware of this and now working on fixing the connection between the bank and QuickBooks.

In the meantime, you can add your transactions from the bank by downloading them from your online banking account, then importing them to your QBO account. You can follow the steps provided by Jen_D above. Check this article for detailed guidance: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

To constantly receive an update about this, you can be added to the email list by reaching out to our Customer Support Team. Then, let them add you to Investigation No. 71413.

You can reach them by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.

You can check this article for more information about the different types of support we offer and their availability: QuickBooks Online Support.

Once you get your latest transactions, you can now match, categorize, and reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions. See these articles for more information:

That should get you in the right direction. If you have any additional questions or require further clarification about your missing bank transactions, let me know by leaving a comment below. Have a great rest of the day!
