No, I have not encountered any error messages. I ended up downloading the bank transactions and manually importing them. And because getting bank transactions into QBO via this method only works for the last 18 months, I will have to manually create entries for 3 months worth of transactions. Needless to say, this is highly annoying because the reason I pay for Quickbooks is for the convenience of not having to enter all transactions manually.
As of writing this reply, I just got off of an over 2 hour call with Intuit. Through a variety of troubleshooting consisting of using both "Smartlook" and "Glance", I was told that the issue is 100% on the BOA side and that a ticket has been opened.
I was also informed that my frustration is not an isolated incident with BOA either, so I would expect that more inquires regarding this issue will surface on QuickBooks Support until BOA fixes whatever they need to on their end. The odd thing is that when I login to my BOA account, I can see into the QBO account for my company just fine...?
