Banking

No, I have not encountered any error messages.  I ended up downloading the bank transactions and manually importing them, and because this method only works for the last 18 months, I will have to manually create entries for 3 months worth of transactions.  Needless to say, this is highly annoying because the reason I pay for Quickbooks is for the convenience of not having to enter all transactions manually.

 

As of writing this reply, I just got off of an over 2 hour call with Intuit.  Through a variety of troubleshooting consisting of using both "Smartlook" and "Glance", I was told that the issue is 100% on the BOA side and that a ticket has been opened.  I was told that this is not an isolated incident on my end either, so I would expect more inquires regarding this issue until BOA fixes whatever they need to on their end...
