The spinning wheel might be caused by a connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks Online. If you have noticed that you're no longer getting your latest transaction, you can perform a manual update to refresh your bank connection. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- Select the Banking tab, then choose a bank account.
- Select Update.
However. if the same thing happens, I'd still recommend contacting our technical supports. This way, we'll be able to investigate this issue. Here's how to connect with us:
- Go to the Help icon.
- Select Talk to a human.
- Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
- Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
- Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
