Thanks for joining the thread and sharing your concerns with us, @therealky.

Are you new to QuickBooks Payments? If so, your first set of deposits would normally take 5 business days while our Merchant Services team set up your account. Once they finish setting up everything, they'll deposit customer payments much faster.

They also periodically review payments to make sure everything is alright. If your recent customer payment takes longer to deposit than you expect, your funds may be on hold. Don't worry, this doesn't mean there's anything wrong. It means they need are reviewing it.

To verify, you can check its status by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and click Deposits.
  3. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

This lists all your daily deposits, when we put them in your bank account, and the totals. If there's a payment issue, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. Click the drop-down arrow in the Fee column to review its details. You'll get an email from us with steps to fix the issue.

Moreover, you can check out our QuickBooks Payment Deposit Schedules for additional info.
