Thanks for joining this thread, BCP2251.
Accountant users have access to tools and features that they can use to benefit your business. If added as a user, they'll have access to the company file and accounting information. This enables them to review your books, make corrections, and fix transactions. It can also make it easier to collaborate with them during tax season. There's no permissions that can be set/modified for accountant users.
Here's a list of some of the tools accountant users have access to:
- Prep for taxes - This enables accountants to review their client's accounts and make adjusting journal entries at the end of a year.
- Reclassify transactions - Accountant users will be able to edit or move multiple transactions.
- ProConnect Tax Online - Accountants can start new tax returns for their clients.
- Write off invoices - Cancel and zero-out bad invoices that won't be paid.
- Undo reconciliations - Reset a reconciliation.
- Reporting tools - Set default date ranges and filters for financial reports.
- Management reports - Create personalized and professionally-branded report packs.

I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have an awesome Friday!
