I'm here to help you with downloading your bank transaction in QuickBooks.
You can manually update your account to catch any bank data that may have cleared in the hours since the last automatic download.
Here's how:
- On the left navigation menu, click Banking.
- Go to Bank Feeds (depending on what you see).
- Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.
If you still can't see the transactions, you can download files using the WebConnect feature. To upload a WebConnect file, just go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Banking-and-bank-feeds/How-to-upload-more-than-90-days-of-ba....

- Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Choose your QuickBooks Product.
- Select your QuickBooks version.
