Thanks for visiting the Community forum, @jonesdds. I can share some information about how you can get your accounts sorted out in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can follow these steps to choose the accounts you want to download transactions from:

1. Go to the Banking menu, then select the Banking tab.
2. Select the dropdown beside the bank name.
3. Click Reorder accounts hyperlink.
4. Click the Pencil icon.
5. Drag the accounts you'll want to prioritize to the top.
6. Once done, select Save.
