Thanks for contacting the Community for support. I'd be happy to provide some insight about downloading your QuickBooks Online file to a flash drive.

 

QuickBooks Online is constantly backed up in the cloud on a secure server, so you know your data is always safe. At this time there isn't an option to send a back up file to a flash drive. One option would be to export the QBO data to QuickBooks Desktop, if you have that version already. If you don't, you can download a trial version to use for the time being. I can see how it would be beneficial to be able to save a QBO file to a flash drive. I'll do my part and send the Product Development Team a message to let them know you'd like to have this ability.
