Thank you for reaching back out! If you would like I recommend contacting our Support Team and they can walk you through the steps when it comes to backing up the company file and so forth. They even have the tools to do a screen share in a secured environment. Here's how to get in touch with us:
- Go to the Help menu, then click QuickBooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.
- Hit the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.
- Enter a brief description of the problem.
- Select Continue.
- Choose which method you would like to connect. The options will be chat or our call back feature but in this case choose the call back feature.
