We will need to further check to determine why the account is not downloading new transactions even after reconnecting the account. Please give us a short call for us to get your account details and make sure we get this working.

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click Company setup and importing, then select Import data to QuickBooks Online.
  4. Click Get Phone Number
