Let me share some info about printing the reconciled accounts.
For QuickBooks Online, you can only print the Reconciliation summary. This page will display all the reconciled accounts, including their Statement Ending Date and Reconciled On date.
Here's how:
- Go to Accounting > Reconcile.
- Click the Summary link located in the right-hand corner.
- Select the Print or Export icon.
As for QuickBooks Desktop, the option to print multiple reconciled accounts is unavailable.
You can send a product suggestion to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider updating it in the future.
To send feedback for QuickBooks Online, here's how:
- Go to the Gear located at the top.
- Under Profile, click Feedback.

For QuickBooks Desktop, you can follow these steps:
- Click Help > Send Feedback Online > Product Suggestion.
- Enter your request and click the Send Feedback button.
