When you try to import characters .QBO file that isn't compliant with the Open Financial Exchange (OFX) standard for exchanging financial data with QuickBooks.
An example of invalid characters would be &. By simply editing the .qbo file in Text Edit and removing all instances of this, it can allow QuickBooks to properly import the file. To edit the unsupported file, you can follow my colleague's steps above.
Also, I suggest following the steps in downloading a new FIDER.txt file. Take note that before doing the steps, make sure to back up your company file and close your QuickBooks.
