Transferring data from one QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to the other takes only a few steps. I'm here to guide you how, mm_mm.
For now, we're unable to entirely transfer your data and transactions between accounts. But I have a workaround for you. You can export your data from the old QBO account and import them to the new one. I've numbered the steps below:
To export the data:
- On your QuickBooks account, go to the Gear icon.
- Select which data you'd like to export.
- Click on the Export to Excel button.
To import data:
- Log in to the new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
- Under Tools, choose Import Data.
- Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
- Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
- Click on the Next button until finished.
You may also want to use a third-party application so you can transfer all the information into your new account. In addition to this, after you've transferred your data, consider cancelling your old QBO account to prevent charges. I've provided these articles for your reference:
