Banking
Hello there, @GKB.
I appreciate your response to this thread to keep us updated with your concern. Since the bank is still not importing the transactions automatically, I'd recommend you reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support.
Here's how:
- You need to sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click Help (?).
- Choose an either tab to get started:
- For Assistant, you can get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can also Talk to a human.

- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
Also, another possible reason for this issue is that banks are updating and that causes to stop auto-download.
I am also adding these tips to know what to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to reach back out to me if I can be of additional assistance about downloading transactions. I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as I can.
