worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.  Literally don't have enough people for tech support - online chat is terrible - and because they take soooooo long to respond I get cut off the chat line.  worst experience - when you're using an accounting software to run your entire business - and you're not able to access it for days - it's a huge problem!!  there should be some type of escalation line - I am now looking at another accounting software - thanks for NOTHING quickbooks!
