You can utilize the third-party application shared by Fiat Lux - ASIA to convert from CSV to .QBO file. The other way is to download the Web connect (.QBO) file from your bank’s website. Then, import the transactions by following these steps:
- Go to Banking > Bank Feeds > Import Web Connect Files.
- Select the QBO file you saved, then click Open.
- When prompted to select a Bank Account, choose: Use an existing QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into is already set up in QuickBooks. Or Create a new QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into isn't in QuickBooks yet. Learn how to create an account.
- Click Continue and you'll see a dialogue box telling you that the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks. Hit OK.
- Go back to the Bank Feeds Center and review your transactions.
