Based on the error message you've provided, we need to make sure your account is active. Here's how to do that.

 

  1. Click Lists at the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
  3. At the bottom, click the drop-down arrow.
  4. Select Show Inactive Accounts.
  5. Hit the X mark beside the inactive accounts. This will make the account active again.
