Hi there, Outlander1.

I'll help you get rid of the duplicate transactions.

It's could be that the accumulated cache in the browser is preventing QuickBooks from completely detecting the transactions. To isolate the issue, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps.

You may start by accessing your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't save web searches and cookies. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

Once you're in, exclude and delete the duplicate transactions again. Then, try updating your bank account.

If it no longer downloads the same set of transactions, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files. Switching to other supported browsers can also help fix this issue.

However, if the same thing happens, I'd still recommend contacting our technical supports again. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account and investigate this issue. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

I'm also adding these articles to help review and manage your online banking transactions in the program:

If I can be of any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to add a comment below. Have a great rest of the weekend.
