I can help you out finding the bank account information and routing number in Quickbooks Online(QBO).
You can log in to your bank's website to see the bank details. That would be the quickest way to review them. If the bank details you're looking for is for banking, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Banking tab, and then select Banking.
- Click the pencil icon on the connected bank, and then select Edit sign-in info.
If you want to review the bank details in the payroll account.
- Go to the Gear icon and then select payroll settings.
- Select the bank accounts section.
- Click the pencil icon and enable the account number and routing number.
If you're referring to your Payments account, you can go to the Account and Settings page to view your bank details:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Account and settings.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- In the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits, review the bank account information.
Those are the areas that I can think the bank details are likely related to. If none of that information answered your question, I'd recommend providing additional details so we can assist you more.
