- Open the QBDT program.
- Select the Help menu and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1.
- Click on the Contact us button at the bottom of the window.
- Input your concern in the box such as "Convert QBO to QBDT", or "Please help me convert my data file from QBO to QBDT."
- Click the Search button.
- Select Start a Message.
- Enter your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) details in the pop-up window and submit. This is how it looks like:
