Try the steps mentioned by other member in earlier post
1- download the file from the bank as qfx
2-save it in a place that you know
3-in windows sitting make sure that windows show the extention like this (acc activity.qfx)
4- rename the file as ( acc activity.qbo)
5-open bank feed. and import the file.
Done
