Thanks for coming here in the Community, @HaPhung!
I'll share steps and information to make sure you can open your file in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
First, let's ensure to install QuickBooks Desktop. This way, your program can find and open the *.qbw file. After that, you can locate your file through this path :C:\Users\Public\PublicDocuments\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files.
If you have a backup copy, you can restore the file instead. Make sure to run QBDT with admin privileges when performing the said tasks. To do that, right-click on the QuickBooks icon, and then select Run as administrator.
If you get the same result, I'd suggest running the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This can help fix company file issues and errors. I'll guide you how:
- Close QBDT, and then download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Then, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
- From the tool hub, select Company File Issues.
- Choose Quick Fix my File, and then click OK.
If the issue persists, please follow steps 3 to 5 in this article for the fixes: Fix company file issues in QBDT.
In case you're unable to open QBDT in the future, you can refer to this article to resolve it: QBDT doesn't start or won't open.
I'd be glad to help you with any file issues you have with QuickBooks Desktop. Assistance is just a comment away. Have a great day!
