I need to complete a mass deletion of entries that were pushed to my QuickBooks online account by my transaction tracking service. . .completely screwed up the banking. Your instructions for the mass deletion doesn't seem to match what I'm seeing at my end and can't get past the first step:
- From the menu, select Banking. I'm there. I have four linked accounts.
- Choose Bank Feeds, I don't see any option for "Bank Feeds"; only Banking, Rules, Receipts, and Tags. then select Bank Feeds Center.
- In the Items Reviewed section, select the name of the account.
- Select the Select Items to Delete button.
- Choose the transaction(s) you wish to delete.
- Select the Delete Selected button.
- Click Yes to confirm.
