Banking
Hello, paulaharper.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We can manually update your bank account to refresh your bank feed. This download the most recent transactions in your bank feed.
- Click on Banking.
- Select the bank account.
- Press on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.
If you still unable to view the transactions after performing update. Let's go ahead and access your account using an incognito/Private browser. There are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, causing unusual behavior.
Let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private or a different browser. Here's how:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
If it works, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. I also recommend using other supported browsers. This can be a temporary issue with the browser that you're using when opening QBO.
On the other hand, you can check with your bank if they can give you other options for how to download/export your transactions. I've attached some articles for more details:
- How To Import Bank Transactions Using Excel CSV files.
- How To Upload More Than 90 Days Of Bank Transactions.
- Match and Categorize your Downloaded Bank Transactions.
Please let me know if there's anything I can help with. I'm just a post away to help you. Stay safe!
