The fact that Quickbooks sell products without a user guide and do not support new purchases is a joke. Many may like the software, but not everyone wants to use the online version. I also don't feel like I should have to read through hours of community support to get a simple one line answer. I am returning this product and going with a company that cares to keep their customers!!!!
